Operating in Morocco, one of the market leaders ASMENT TEMARA (Votorantim Cimentos) has decided to automate a whole range of business processes using the eLeader Mobile Visit system.
There is always a good time for doing away with paper forms and endless telephone arrangements. The eLeader application for mobile devices enables ASMENT TEMARA sales representatives to cope with all orders and payment related matters and even record clients’ issues. Because systematized information is transferred to the database at every synchronization, the risk that something will be lost or misinterpreted is decreased.
The system supports and organizes the process of prospecting for new clients, which makes it easier to identify at what stage and what quality the prospects are. The use of GPS and an e-mail notification system have streamlined the communication between the office and the field (real-time monitoring possibility). Last but not least, the implemented system of questionnaires enables the managers and the executives of ASMENT TEMARA to keep an eye on the competition.
As part of the project, the client requested integration with the already used Business Intelligence (BI) system. As a result, the data obtained with eLeader Mobile Visit have been included in the analytical system of ASMENT TEMARA, which increased the certainty and accuracy of business decision making.
