“Gazele Biznesu” – eLeader once again among the honorees
eLeader once again among the “Gazele Biznesu” honorees - a distinction confirming the company’s dynamic growth and business credibility.
We are pleased to announce that our company has been named among the honorees of the prestigious “Gazele Biznesu 2024” ranking. This is yet another time that eLeader has joined this distinguished group. Once again, the company also achieved a higher position compared to the previous edition.
This year’s edition of the ranking included 4,790 companies from across Poland. To qualify, companies had to have operated continuously since 2021, with revenue in that year ranging from PLN 8 million to PLN 250 million. They also had to demonstrate growth over the three years preceding the analysis, record no financial loss, and provide the financial results required to assess the company’s condition.
For us, “Gazele Biznesu” is a special award for at least several reasons.
First, we are the same age. Like the ranking created by the editorial team of “Puls Biznesu”, we have been operating continuously on the Polish market since 2000. It is highly encouraging that after nearly a quarter of a century in business, we remain as dynamic and agile as gazelles.
Second, despite the various disruptions faced by the IT industry, eLeader continues to grow steadily. And, as confirmed by the title we have just received, it is growing at an impressive pace. According to the ranking’s criteria, the honorees always include the fastest-growing companies from the SME sector. The list is compiled based on the most objective criteria: financial results from the last three years. Being included in it confirms not only the effectiveness of our business model, but also the company’s transparency and credibility.
Third, and perhaps most importantly, this title proves that we have succeeded in building a working environment where people can freely develop their talents and skills, turning them into measurable success. A place where we look far and wide, pursue ambitious projects with passion, and at the same time never lose sight of the business objective.
To sum up, “Gazele Biznesu” is an award that gives us an appetite for more. It provides us with motivation and a valuable boost of energy for further action.
