SFA system for FMCG distributor – eLeader’s deployment at Ouzidis

The Morroccan distribution company Ouzidis has automated its operations and keeps better track of field force. As a result of implementing the new eLeader Mobile Visit SFA system, the quality of management has improved since data coming from the field is more organised now.

Ouzidis is a company that specialises in the distribution of goods from the FMCG sector and     operates in all distribution channels: wholesale, retail and HoReCa.

Owing to the decision to implement the eLeader Mobile Visit system for the management of field force, it was possible to apply a number of useful functionalities which transferred invoicing, van selling, handling returns, debt recovery, product information, promotions, etc. to the system. The GPS module supports, such operations as adding new items to the catalogue during the visits of sales representatives in the field.

Apart from immediate access to data, which gives better control over field force’s daily operations, the gathered information organised as clear reports opens up better opportunities for Ouzidis managers to make strategic plans.

Working with eLeader Mobile Visit allowed us to automate the most relevant processes within our company. We have now a clear and transparent view of our daily activities together with an easy access to different visual reports.   – states Abderrahim Zizi, Sales Director w Ouzidis.

eLeader Mobile Visit is a system of mobile sales, which smartly reflects the operations of field employees and optimizes the fulfilment of marketing strategies. The flexibility of the solution makes it possible both to effectively implement standard functionalities in companies and to configure unique, non-typical business processes.
