Owing to the decision to implement the eLeader Mobile Visit system for the management of field force, it was possible to apply a number of useful functionalities which transferred invoicing, van selling, handling returns, debt recovery, product information, promotions, etc. to the system. The GPS module supports, such operations as adding new items to the catalogue during the visits of sales representatives in the field.
Apart from immediate access to data, which gives better control over field force’s daily operations, the gathered information organised as clear reports opens up better opportunities for Ouzidis managers to make strategic plans.
