NEW CASE STUDY: Implementation of eLeader Mobile Visit at DANONE
The expansion of Fabryki Mebli Forte, a furniture manufacturer, into the Indian market and the establishment of Forte Furniture Products India (the Zuari Furniture brand) involved transferring the Polish know-how and design. Apart from this, Forte has effectively implemented in India the style of work mirrored in the SFA / FFM system eLeader Mobile Visit, which is useful while organizing and managing sales in furniture stores, especially in the visual marketing area.
We wrote about the implementation of eLeader Mobile Visit in Forte in this article. Only a few months later, we can add a new chapter to this story. The adaptation of the system configuration – originally developed in Poland – to the conditions determined by the specific Indian market was a success.
The particularly interesting aspect of the Forte project was the organization of the flow of tasks with a special emphasis on the visual side of the sales strategy (especially the evaluation of the accordance of furniture displays in stores with the company standards). A similar method of work with the SFA eLeader system can be seen at the Indian partner’s, however, the focus is on analytical side of the project. This is why there are typical order-placing and inventory tasks, which enable quick finding out stock levels and prediction of the demand for next supplies. All the same, photos taken in-store are still an important element of work in the field.
