NUTRICIA contracts eLeader to implement a global project (CASE STUDY)
eLeader, as part of global cooperation with NUTRICIA, has provided eLeader Mobile Visit configurations for national projects in South and Central America.
NUTRICIA (DANONE) is one of the leading brands in the global market of baby and child food. The implementation of the SFA system is part of a broad campaign aimed at unifying the indicators of NUTRICIA position on markets in various countries.
eLeader Mobile Visit is a system for supporting sales and many other tasks of field employees (e.g. merchandising, service, marketing, auditing), classified, among others, as Retail Store Execution (RSE), Sales Force Automation (SFA) or Field Force Management (FFM). At the current stage of the global project, implementations have been completed in three LATAM countries: Panama, Ecuador and Paraguay.

By means of the eLeader Mobile Visit application for Android and IOS systems NUTRICIA field representatives are responsible for, among other tasks, researching the availability of commercial and marketing products, price accuracy, shelf shares and compliance with the planogram. In selected countries, activities concerning the visibility of products in pharmacies or educational tasks are also carried out.
