With just one application, field staff are able to carry out customer satisfaction surveys, manage customer service delivery plans, control the documents flow and acquire new clients,
while reducing paperwork to the minimum.
eLeader has enabled a platform for automatic and regular reporting of qualitative data that is crucial to LAPO management. The system provides remote management of the reported information and will be integrated with LAPO’s ERP system. Real-time driven data improves business decision-making and debt collection, providing an opportunity to react quickly to any unforeseen circumstances that may appear on the market.
