LG in the Middle East is using eLeader Mobile Visit!

The department of mobile devices in LG KSA has chosen a solution to support the work of their field employees – salesmen and promoters.

The functionalities offered in eLeader Mobile Visit have enabled accurate reporting of the sales generated by LG employees. The customized reports provide visibility to promoters and field force about their performance and create a full-of-action environment derived from the analytics eLeader provides. Our solution has significantly reduced the time needed to obtain information about the level of phone sales and has introduced a fully automatic bonus program for employees.

Our system configuration also covers gathering information about the competition, inventory and POS-materials verification, supports product trainings sessions and monitors their number.
The system includes Maps Module in order to verify whether users are at the workplace and Files Module, which is used to share training materials with promoters.
