Automation of orders and distribution in Mellah Avenir Developpement

Mellah Avenir Developpement (M.A.D.) is a Moroccan distributor operating in the FMCG sector, whose fleet of lorries reaches its recipients in the retail, wholesale and HoReCa channels. M.A.D., which was looking for an SFA system that would incorporate – in mobile devices – all essential business processes performed in everyday work, resolved to implement the eLeader Mobile Visit system.

M.A.D. representatives, as part of their duties, complete orders (including automated promotions), carry out deliveries and returns, collect amounts due, and also take care of merchandising and participate in creating a client database.

Owing to the configuration of appropriate reports fed on an ongoing basis by data from field force, Mellah managers can more effectively control the quality of work and oversee the completion of business objectives.

A sensitive element of the project is monitoring of the inventory balance, a regular update of which requires acceptance from warehouse managers. They verify the stock levels for a specific order and confirm them in the eLeader mobile application. The inclusion of this group of users in the document workflow makes it possible to maintain the utmost diligence while completing orders. Therefore, the distributor makes a good impression on the clients.
